For one of our lessons you will need to allow 3 hours in total. We do two lessons per day, the morning session starting at 10AM and the afternoon session at 2PM depending on the tides. Group lessons are catered to beginners / intermediate improvers level with a max ratio of 10-1PM. All of our instructors are BSA approved and hold national Life Guard Certificates. All you need to bring with you is swim wear and a towel. Are onsite facilities include changing rooms, lockers and hot showers. Everything is included in the price, with no hidden extras.
